Head - Software Lead - ECC - Auto Ancillary

Experience (in years): 10 years and above relevant experience in the field of Automotive embedded Software.

Nature of Experience:

- Proficient in embedded applications development in C

- Experience with Freescale, Renesas, Microchip microcontrollers & high end infotainment processors

- Experience in software management tools

- Good understanding of automotive communications such as CAN, LIN, Flexray etc..

- Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.)

- Good understanding of RTOS such as OSEK and AUTOSAR OS

- Experience in Matlab an advantage

- Familiarity with MISRA, AUTOSAR, Automotive SPICE and ISO26262

Responsibilities:

- Preparing project plans and budgetary estimates for new software designs in terms of resource and tools.

- Define software architectures, detailed design implementations and test plans.

- Manage the development of software modules and platform approaches to product development.

- Manage all software aspects of the product development to achieve on time delivery of the product.

- Manage software quality through code reviews, static analysis and rigorous testing.

- Manage team performance and motivate team members to exceptional results.
