Head - Software Engineering - Internet/Online/IT

We are looking for strong Software Engineering candidate with Lending, Leasing and Asset finance Domain experience.

- 20+ years of rich experience in software engineering, including experience in solution design & building of enterprise class products with exposure to large-scale complex enterprise applications in Fintech, Lending/Leasing/Asset Finance space. Driving product and platform roadmaps, R&D strategies and GTM for global clients managing across a range of product-based implementations and Exposure to diverse geographies (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific).

- You will manage the entire lifecycle of client engagement, including prospecting, implementations and ongoing maintenance and services. Has experience driving growth strategies across Product Development organizations,

- Drive the growth of our SAAS Based Product Engineering teams, serve as a key stakeholder in the development of our platform roadmap and own the execution of our technology vision to the end customers.

- Continually strengthen project performance and orchestrate the required KPI definition and reporting to ensure execution excellence

- Engage with technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements and customer feedback into recommendations that drive execution strategy

- Establish processes to ensure structured feedback and collaboration between the Professional Services and Product teams to drive improved CSAT, product design and implementation quality

- Partner with the sales organization in the construction of account management opportunities to strengthen the pipeline and maximize in-year revenue.
