Head - Software Engineering - Internet/Online

We need a person as an Engineering Head who has experience in Partnering with the QA, architecture team to deliver upon scalable, secure, and maintainable technology evolution initiatives, while proactively driving down technical debt.

Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into well-formed, actionable user stories and designs.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience :

- 14-16 years experience in Product / Startup / Entrepreneur with the last role being a Head of Engineering role minimum of 3 years

- Strong understanding of web Based Platform related products and technology.

- Preferable IIT, if not mandatory B Tech/M Tech from a reputed institute from a Computer Science background.

- A self-starter with a desire to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- You should be a master in scaling products

- Prior experience and interest in legacy system modernization initiatives.

- Prior experience and familiarity with open source technologies
