Head - Wealth Management   Key Responsibilities :  - Lead and manage a large distributed team of architects, developers and testers in an offshore delivery model (Product Engineering)  - People Management (hiring, on-boarding, professional development, etc.)  - Ability to be both strategic and tactical  - Provide technical leadership and mentorship  - Be a part of the leadership team working closely with XXX Canada in defining product vision and strategy  - Product management - provide necessary guidance. Ensure successful definition and execution of roadmap  - Define best practices for the engineering organization  - Deliver on large and complex product development engagements   - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences  - Be willing to travel across locations in India to connect well with the team and provide the necessary mentorship  Qualifications :   - BS / MS in CS or related technical field - MBA preferable  - 15 to 20 years of overall experience in software development with at least 3+ years of recent experience building and leading product engineering teams (200 members)  - Proven experience around managing large teams across locations and managing multiple complex programs  - Deep and hands-on understanding of product engineering principles  - Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail  - Proven ability to successfully deliver on large engagements  - Proven ability to build world class products using Agile/Scrum  - Excellent Communication Skills  - Experience with Banking Products and specifically in Wealth management.  - Experience with Canadian or US Wealth Clients is a plus
