- Will work with visual effects team, software developers using software tools and technologies

- Creative thinker and problem solver

- Should be capable of developing the highest quality software

- Would work with Head of Technology in addressing challenges and implementing strategies

- Identifies changing requirements and recommends solutions

- Mentor and guiding team members to groom their individual skill levels

- Would prefer experience from a Visual effects domain

- Should have worked on C++ or Python or PyQt or PyCore and LINUX operating system

- Should have worked on animated softwares like Maya or Nuke or Katana or Mari or Zbrush

- Experienced in leading a team of developers
