Description :

- Manage a team of 70 which includes managers, leads and developers

- Hire and build a strong technology team

- Build scaleable internal products for the logistics industry

- Improve the existing enterprise system and platform

- Understand the e-commerce and logistics industry to develop innovative products
 
Profile :

- 10-15 years of experience in product-based organizations

- Hands-on with Java, Angular, Python and Android

- Experience in building software products for the consumer internet space

- Managing cross-functional teams like Dev, QA, DevOps, and Product

- Fast-growing consumer internet startup experience

- Excellent communication and people management skills
