Head - Social Media - NBFC

A Leading NBFC is looking for an individual to lead Social Media for the firm.

- The incumbent will lead and implement the company's Social Media marketing vision and strategy .

- This includes content strategy, social media platform strategy, brand strategy on social media in line with the over all brand and business strategy, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales.

- The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company's content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.

- This position needs minimum 7-10 years of experience in Communication and 4 years at least in Digital.

Key Roles:

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Devising strategies. Developing and Managing Social Media Brand including all Promotions and Campaigns

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Collaborate with Brand Head to create Social Media Campaigns for all lines of businesses as per business objectives

- Curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers.

- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in social media marketing.

- Measure and report performance of all Social Media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
