Core Responsibilities :
Person would be responsible for
- Strategizing and driving new initiatives to build my Clients Brand on Social Media.
- Developing and launching social marketing strategies to increase engagement with the TG on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Leading social media launches, develop social media strategies to support stakeholder engagement and business development processes to create a 360 buzz on digital.
- Identifying the business potential of Social Media and be responsible for building social media analytics reports, to measure the overall effectiveness of the strategies.
- Managing the Social Media Team and Social Media agency, ensuring superior quality of communication and deliver impact for various campaigns & social only activations
- Develop a deep understanding of best practices and consumer insights for brand building, on social media through impactful innovations.
- Driving efficiency and hold ownership of ROI for social media marketing.
- Managing the health track across social platforms.
Must Have Skills :
- Strong consumer marketing experience and experience in social/digital media.
- Ability to think BIG, push for creative innovations and take high risks with marketing plans.
- Ability to manage and drive a team to excellence.
- Ability to learn and unlearn and adapt to the new age technology and marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of brand building and its impact on business P&L.
- Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to - business relevant actionable insights- .
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
