The Role :

- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building consumer-facing brands/IPs with high emphasis on social & digital marketing, proven track record for driving results, developing plans that leverage data and insights to support decisions, managing and planning marketing budgets across multiple initiatives, working autonomously to set roadmaps, working with creative/media agencies taking responsibility for their performance.

- S/he should have demonstrated experience in pushing the bar creatively and creating an environment of innovation that encourages continually pushing creative benchmarks and promoting new ideas in the team. Lead overall social media content marketing strategy for the brand including marketing approach, target audience, positioning, and flawless execution of our marketing campaigns from conception to launch.

- Develop clutter-breaking, relevant and delightful marketing campaigns for new campaign/category launches working closely with content partners, internal content, creative and broader marketing teams String together various marketing efforts across channels and platforms into one unified vision that is authentic and seamless

- Effectively direct and manage the development of multiple campaigns in parallel across languages and genres Build and lead a high-performance partner ecosystem of launch specialists, and also influence the broader content strategy of the business collaborating closely with internal creative teams.

Responsibilities :

- Owner of the brand's social media and content mandate. Develop all social media and content campaigns and always-on strategy and; roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Plan and manage media spends, paid promotion and advertising campaigns across social media platforms.

- Track, analyse, report and optimize social media performance to guide content decisions, improve overall presence, grow engagement and analyse competitor activity

- Ensure the brand's visual, tone and style guidelines are maintained across social media

- Own the brand's ORM - track sentiment analysis, design escalation matrix and ensure effective resolutions to negative conversations

- Develop innovative social media and content marketing experiences that engage the consumer and help tell meaningful stories

- Be the voice in the room to always push the creative envelope for all social media campaigns

- Partner with the Brand Management, Growth and Internal Creative teams for integrated campaign development

- This is a role that requires an incredibly high-velocity of decision making and getting things done. An entrepreneurial, self-driven approach is crucial in ensuring we are living right on time, every time.

- Self-starter skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines that run simultaneously.

- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders and leadership across cross functional teams.

- Has ability to quickly innovate, implement, learn through experiments and scale based on learning.

Ideal Candidate :

- Critical requirement - Have a very sharp spike on creative thinking having a clear desire and demonstrated ability to push the envelope for the brand on it's creative mandates

- Creative thinker with a drive to push the bar on creative excellence across channels, campaigns and businesses, appetite to experiment, deploy strategy roadmaps and deliver results

- Minimum 10 years of experience having handled social and creative/content mandates with brands in consumer tech / BFSI / internet / large consumer facing brands at scale

- Must be commercially aware having handled campaigns and media budgets at scale

- Have a strong vision for the brand and be able to translate that vision into an actionable year long roadmap and rally stakeholders and partners across the organization and externally to deliver on it

- Ability to evangelize and set strong agendas, to innovate and drive large partner ecosystems toward a common vision and goal

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and stakeholders
