Head - SME Lending (NBFC)

- Have managed acquisition, relationship, monitoring & Compliance, Credit, Product and Recovery role for SME lending involved starting from scratch, setting up team, policy and process.

- Have handled complete life cycle of customer from Sourcing strategy, acquisition to Delinquency management.

- Predominantly Secured lending. Managed unsecured SME business also.

- Agi & Rural SME lending

- Product, Process & Policy Management for the vertical including Risk Analysis, Risk Mitigation and Correction

- Branch led sourcing & service setup, Marketing activities, Team recruitment & training, Central

- MIS, Senior management review co-ordination

- Portfolio monitoring, Ombudsman, AML, Compliance and Delinquency control.

- Extensive travel and camp in prime markets to study and develop products & policy to align with market practice.

Location - Chennai

Qualification - Post Graduate in Business

Age - Not more than 45 years

Experience - 18 to 20 years in South Indian Market managing a minimum of 500 to 700 Crore business

Tamil Language knowledge is mandatory

Compensation - Max 50 Lacs
