- Location : Mumbai for a Private Bank
- Reports to - BH - Secured Business
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overseeing the sales and business development activities for Small ticket LAP business across various sourcing channels
- Responsible for the overall P&L of the product
- To define and implement business and distribution models suited for this segment
- To design and develop products & policies suited for the segment
- To strategize, plan and execute the sales acquisition plan for the business of small ticket LAP and MSME
- Identify opportunities for cross sell and build synergies with cross functional teams
- Responsible for driving profitability, new channel development and design of localized products
- Ensuring the quality of the overall portfolio with minimal delinquency and rejection
- Present the performance metrics to the stakeholders periodically
- Create a team to drive sales targets for this business. Mentor and guide the teams towards completion of targets
- To analyze business & competition data and to identify trends & new opportunities
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate, and meet requirements of the field sales and feed data back to product teams for process and policy enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education : CA/MBA
- Min 5 to 8 + yrs of Mortgage sales in large retail banks/NBFC/SFBs
- Min 15+Yrs of experience post CA/MBA
- Required skills : Mandatory Experience of Mortgage Sales.
- Product knowledge of Loan Against Property and MSME is a must
