Job Accountabilities:

- Provide technology assurance to the assets, add value through optimized operation, identify opportunities to create value, and develop & retain talent.

- Technology Support, Value Creation and Optimization Develop overall annual plan and budget for the site technology group in line with the technology and business strategy

- Interface with other site functions to ensure that reliability and safety of operations is maintained and the production targets are met

- Improving performance of process units better than current

- Identification of opportunity for Improved performance and Process reliability

- Ensure technical integrity of all changes / plant modifications as per set technical standards and guidelines.

- Provide technical guidance to the site teams on critical issues such as, PIOs,

- Feedstock/Cat/Chem. selection, benchmarking gap closure etc.

- Maximize the Profit Improvement opportunities

- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints (mfg. related) and visiting customers as per the requirement

- Implementation of systems to monitor plant performance, Deviations and recommend corrective action.

- Ensure optimal resource allocation to enable highest level of technical delivery and utilization

- Parameter finalisation of PSF, PFF, PFF - Recycle and Construction Fibre.

- Ensure necessary checks for IMS implementation.

- Energy Conservation and Process Optimization Develop annual energy plans for overall site and strategies to reduce unit energy cost

- Develop programs to build the technical and human capability

- QA-QC Review and validate overall QA-QC annual plan and budget for the site

- Ensure adequate resource availability and technology update for site QA-QC activities for existing facilities and new projects

- Interface with Technology CoE for resolving unresolved QA-QC issues / limitation and improving site capabilities.

- Quality release of PSF, PFF, PFF - Recycle and Construction Fibre

- Ensure adequate checks for BIS compliance

- Third Party Audits for product certifications

- HSE & other regulatory compliances Ensure PSM / OMS/ regulatory compliance

- Monitor and audit compliance with applicable HSEF procedures/ practices
