The Center Head will be responsible for P & L management, strategizing, branding and positioning of the Shopping Centre (Retail Vertical); providing leadership and setting targets in line with the Company's Vision and Mission ensuring the long-term business goals are achieved. The scope of work would include : - Budgeting (planning & administration) and setting policies & procedures - Forecasting financial operating budgets for Retail Vertical - Maximizing EBITDA through a deliberate process of increasing all potential income sources - Oversee the Heads of Department to formulate an overall plan and strategies for all departments with an aim to achieve the set objectives / business plan. Revenue Management and Branding & positioning : - Responsible for P&L management. Work closely with the Marketing and communication team (Marcom) to create marketing plans and set objectives, plans, and specific activities to be pursued Operations Management : - Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant department heads and follow up on quality and execution - Coordination and management of functions - Integrate all department functions to achieve a smooth operation Finance and HR Management : - Ensure effective execution of the financial management functions. This includes timely preparation and submission of the monthly management reports, budget forecast Financial Reviews : - Monthly monitoring and collection of rentals/CAM to ensure no outstanding - Team Management About the client : The client is an institutionally owned developer-operator of community-oriented premium Lifestyle Shopping Retail.
