Key Deliverables:

- Share the Sales & Market share targets with the client product team

- Over-seeing the delivery of points agreed in the SLA’s

- Strategic initiatives on building the brand, customer value management & shopper experience management

- To work closely with the senior leaders of the client on plans / execution

- Lead, improve, manage the diverse SBU teams to ensure quality of delivery

- Special projects - Quality initiatives, analytics, continuous improvement measures

- Process re-engineering & change management initiatives
