Head - Shared Services - Auto Component Manufacturer - IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS (10-15 yrs)
One of our prestigious German MNC Client - Auto Component Manufacturer is looking for Head - Shared Services based at Pune (Talegaon Office)
Company is having 4 factories (1-Pune, 2- Baroda & 1- Hosur) and Corporate office is at Pune. Apart from these factories & Offices, they are having After Sales Office in Navi Mumbai and Sales Offices in major cities. They crossed 6000 Crore apprx in Indian turnover and growing very fast as compared to market standard
Education : MBA from Premier Institute
Experience : 10 + Years in HR domain with atleast 2-3 years in HR Shared Services role
Reporting to : Sr VP - HR (CHRO)
Reported by : Team Leader - Recruitment ; Payroll ; Benefit & Welfare ; Travel Desk ; HR Data Management ; Training Co-ordination etc
This position is responsible to provide HR Services (within the scope of HRSS) to all employees across Company in time bound / planned / cost effective manner. The position will lead and stabilise HR process migration from different sites ; safeguard external regulatory compliance as well as internal control and compliance and continually strive to improve employee experience and process efficiency. Position will look for IT ennoblement of the processes
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic development of HR SSC : Review the existing and potential centralised HR transactional activities ; Optimise resource planning ; review business case from financial, process and employee experience standpoint and recommend the way forward ; Continuously focus on localised IT ennoblement of the processes keeping in mind IT security and global HR system integration feasibility.
- Leading HR Shared Service : Initiate and conclude SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with HRBP for various HR services ; Ensure implementation of group compliance guideline along with various statutory guideline ; Preparation of Budget ; Periodic Satisfaction Survey and implementation of improvement road-map.
- Delivery of operative and administrative tasks: Be first point of contact for employees and managers in all administrative HR topics. Enable high level of quality and efficient service delivery and drive operative excellence. Provide subject matter expertise in service delivery for specific HR processes.
- Collaborate actively with HR Business partners and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of efficient, market relevant and best-in class HR services. Maintain high degree of customer centricity
- People Management : Lead, guide, monitor and develop team members to create a high performing team ; facilitate their development within the organisation.
