Head - Shared Services Accounting - BPO/KPO/IT

- Set up Internal Controls and ensure Financial Reporting is accurate (ICFR)

- Follow month close procedures and finalise Trial Balance

- P&L and Balance Sheets with schedules

- Monthly MIS as desired by the clients along with variance analysis

- Available at all times during the working hours to take calls and resolve customer queries

- Handle AR, AP, GL, FA, Forex, Inter Co reconciliations, Treasury

- Develop business score cards and SLA dashboards

- Publish governance dashboards

- Ensure smooth audits - internal, statutory or specific audits

- Focus on bringing automation to enhance working experience of teams at high level of accuracy and seamless customer experience

- Handle a team of experienced accountants in multiple tenure

Desired Knowledge, skills and attitudes:

The ideal candidate should have

Hands ON

- Excellent Accounting knowledge preferably with exposure to IFRS / IndAS

- Good Excel and PPT skills

- Experience in ERP.

- Highly Tech Savvy

- Should have managed teams

- Must have ability to build blue print with regards to delivery strategy across multiple legal entities

- Experience in managing a global development team and global clientele / stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience in managing client expectations and efficient stakeholder management
