About our Client: Our client is a leading US MNC and one of the Fortune 500 companies. With the global Shared Services based out of India, they are looking for a person to lead the insource and the outsource activities of the same.

Job Description:

Reporting to CFO (Asia), your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the insource and the outsource activities across Asia

- Designing & implementing of the Shared Services in Asia

- Leveraging Six Sigma and Kaizen and continuous improvement framework

- Working with the global process' teams to ensure best in class practices

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be CA/MBA Finance, with 10+ years of experience in a Shared services setup.

- Experience of setting up a SSE is a must. You should be Six Sigma expert, and should have handled continuous improvement process.
