Head of Securities Services (Settlements and Asset Servicing)

- Must have worked as Director/Senior VP/Associate Director/Senior Director.

- Should have strong exposure in Transformation, Transition, Automation, Stakeholder & Change Management.

- Should have extensive experience in Capital markets especially leading front to back Securities settlements and asset serving with deep domain understanding of corporate actions.

- Team covering various functions within Post Trade processing for at least 3-4 years handling CXO level stakeholders.

Notice Period - Any

Qualification - Any Graduate & Postgraduate (Regular Based)

Shift - Flexible to work in shift.

Ready to work from office.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills

- Must have worked in Market Risk,

- Should have strong exposure in Transformation, Transition, Automation, Stakeholder & Change Management.

- Should have Led a 400+ member Team covering various functions within Post Trade processing for at least 3-4 years handling CXO level stakeholders.

- Should have extensive experience in Capital markets especially leading front to back Securities settlements and asset serving with deep domain understanding of corporate actions.

- Should have led and managed Operations transformation and change at scale including RPA, data analytics, workflow etc and have good track record of driving productivity and efficiency within the Organization.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Exercises diplomacy and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

- Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.

- Client Relationship Management skills

- MS office proficiency

- Six Sigma Process.
