Head of Service Training
One of the leading company in broking industry is looking for a Head of Service Training.
Reporting to : Head of Learning and Development
Duties :
- Heading & imparting the training sessions to all the stakeholders primarily Service / Revenue Generation Managers. ( Pan India)
- Conducting Inductions, motivational, product & skill based trainings.
- Planning & implementation of training calendar.
- Designing & Development of modules.
- Ensuring that training contributes to competitive strategies of the firm.
- Ensuring that there is proper linkage among organizational, operational and individual training needs.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization.
- Considering the cost of planned programs and keeping within budget.
- Improving current or future performance by increasing a trainee's ability to perform through learning, usually by changing their attitude or increasing their skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring that a comprehensive and systematic approach to training exists, and training and retraining are done at all levels on a continuous and ongoing basis.
- Introduce quality control mechanisms within training that eliminates poor attendance.
- Responsible for achieving Territory Targets through Sales & Service officers.
Specifications :

- Minimum 4 years of revenue generation experience
- Total 8- 12 years of experience
