Head - Service & Solutions/M&S - Global Wires Business Unit

Key Responsibility :

The purpose of the job is to develop the services & solutions business of Wires, conduct pilots in various facilities and subsequently scale it to a commercial value. The incumbent will support and implement short & medium term plans in the areas of channel management and market development to enhance and ensure robust and capable channel &/or service centre network to help achieve the market share and premium aspirations.

With the increase in business, we will be utilizing the channel partners more.

Key Objectives of the role:

I. Develop Business Objectives for Wires Business Unit to meet the objectives of reserves from Service & Solutions

II. Run pilots, scale up to commercial levels

III. Develop channel strategy & business partners

IV. Work on brand management, market and product development

V. Engage with other divisions & group companies to collaborate & provide unique solutions to customer requirements
