KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Operations & Admin : - Ensure effective integration of movements of the firm (DOT-ZOT, FC, GEC, Supply Chain and Courier) through Ground encompassing 150 cities. - Prepare / implement operational plans aligned to organizational strategic directives as well as new policies/ procedures, restructure existing policies to be submitted for board approval. - Spearhead team efforts planning, implementation / evaluation of organization's programs and services aimed at rendering qualitative service delivery. - Maintain updated knowledge of statutory regulations/amendments for aligning with organizational policies and procedures. - Define and implement standard operating procedures and conduct process audits to ensure compliance to organizational standards and other statutory regulations. - Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes for enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. - Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Business Development : - Evaluate strategy and promotion programs through various status meetings aimed at restructuring business policies. Guided team members in closing critical business deals with potential revenue impact. - Build and maintain productive business relationship with existing clients or prospects for identifying/ developing new business opportunities. - Participate in research studies to assess areas of concern to provide appropriate directives to sales and brand management team for effectively resolving issues. - Develop market segmentation/ penetration strategies pertaining to launch of new products and changing packages for accomplishing sales targets. - Implement revenues forecasts, evaluated organisation's financial performance and evaluated product weaknesses or complaints. Team Leadership : - Monitor performance of team members and render productivity enhancement feedback. Organize training sessions for team members based on identified training needs and other related factors. - Acquaint team members with organizational policies and procedures for implementing the same in day to day business transactions. - Guide team members in enhancing client satisfaction and business generation by rendering superior quality service.
