Head - Service Delivery - Finance - BPO/KPO

1. Education : Post Graduate Degree in Finance

2. Professional Qualification : Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant

3. Knowledge :

15 Years of experience with min 4 years in BPO/ SSO Experience in handling big teams

Experience in a SSC/ BPO/ KPO, in a Leadership Role, Strong Operations experience

Experience of working with SAP – ERP system

4. Skills/Ability :

- Excellent communication and decision making skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to balance conflicting interest

- Ability to lead a team and provide motivation for growth

- Experience and proven ability to function within a matrix organization

Must Have :

CA/ICWA/ MBA- finance

Willingness to move to Ahmedabad

BPO/KPO experience in the Finance Shared Services space
