Job Role: Head of Service Delivery
We are in search of a dynamic and energetic leader with strong functional expertise, business acumen and people skills to lead our offshore operations team from our India office based in Chennai.
What will you do?
- Manage day to day floor operations and manage a team of 400+, meet SLAs
- Drive teams to meet aggressive schedules and timelines while maintaining the highest bar of quality and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Reviewing new proposals for completeness and risk profile. Onboard new clients.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying, rectifying the problem.
- Monitor projects, revenue yield per employee and customer engagement to strive on time delivery, project profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication upward and across various project teams
- Proactively research new and updated technologies as they become available.
- Identify training needs, plan and execute a structured approach to enhance skill and productivity levels
What are we looking for?
- A proven track record of accomplishments as a leader
- Should have managed a time size of 150+
- Exposure to business tools such as workflow management is a plus.
- Has worked in a matrix structure with multiple working relationships.
- Has contributed to the revenue and growth of the organization, P&L responsibility.
- Has strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
