Head - Service Delivery - Cash Logistic Firm (14-18 yrs)
We have been retained by one of the Large MNC to identify Head Service Delivery.
Should Have handled Cash logistics of Indian Banks and should have handled multiple banks.
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose :
- Directed service delivery operations of INR 1000 crores business annually. Spearheaded bottom line & profitability enhancement encompassing timely completion of projects and closure of non-profitable sites to reduce losses & control key costs.
- Act as a Site Director and supervised complete management & administration services of the facility. Recognize as a part of Steering Committee and a Key Decision-maker for new initiatives & new opportunities.
Key Responsibility :
- Strategic Supply Chain Management: Continuous innovated process improvements in Supply Chain to ensure on-time cost-effective deliverable
- Logistics/ Transportation / Distribution : Managing Inaound & Outaound Logistics operations as per changing market conditions & cost reduction strategies.
Coordination with Indian Banks for Cash Logistics
- Warehousing / Stock Management
- Techno-Commercial Functions
- Supply chain Management
- Contract Negotiation & Management
- Compliance/ MIS Reporting
- Cost Savings / Process Improvement
- Minimum of 14 years of full-time experience leading operations in FMCG, Retail, Logistic, Port etc.
Age - 38 to 45
Competencies :
- Must have strong business knowledge and experience with the ability to provide reports and analysis of financial position and forecasts, develop and implement strategic plans within context of the larger picture.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of modern management and administration; governmental policy, financial analysis; project management; and personnel management.
- Must be able to develop business processes and management of projects and drive improvements in the current systems and practices
