Role & Responsibility : The Head Service Delivery of our client would lead a large and diverse team
- Strategic : As a member of the leadership team, build a roadmap towards creating a world class, scalable Service function driven by highly skilled people, standardized processes and disruptive technology . Work with the COO to build client as the most customer obsessed company in the world.
- Operations : Result oriented and astute professional who leads and directs Service team comprising of Customer Service, Service Delivery and Network management,Partner Escalations and Logistics. Direct, administer and coordinate the activities of the Service team for existing as well as new business opportunities in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the company.
- Should have experience in Planning and Budgeting, Stakeholder management.
- Should have Strategic Approach and People Management experience.
