Head Service Center (Apple products)
Our client is one the largest retailer for Apple products with stores running in centers like Hyderabad, Chennai, New Delhi, Mumbai, Vizag and Bangalore. This profit making company has a turnover Rs.400 crores and growing. They plan to open many more centers in malls, across India.
They are looking for someone to handle their Service center. Company plans to have exclusive Apple service centers across India, and some of them are operational in main centers.
They are looking for someone who has adequate experience in running Service centers for mobiles and laptops preferably Apple.
Candidate should be an MBA with good communication skills and skills to manage various types of customers
- He will head the complete service vertical of the group.
- He should have very good experience heading service centers( laptops/mobiles/consumer electronics).
- Should manage both admin and technical aspects.
- He will be based at Hyderabad.
- Should be ready to travel to other service centers across India to open new service stores
