Designation: Head - Social Media   Job Responsibilities:  - Creating strategic presentations and reports regarding social media optimization and online reputation management  - Conceptualizing and implementation of ideas into various processes pertaining to social media, such as content development, application development, reputation management, user engagement, creative support and comprehensive reports.  - Building strategic growth plans with a passionate team of social media analysts  - Interacting with clients on a regular basis and assess their needs and requirements  - Work closely with Interactive Producer to ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time and on target.  - Work with the Internal Creative and Op’s team to deliver the plan in a timely and efficient manner  - Provide daily supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.  - Create social programming plans and research audits including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research briefs and digital audits.  - Ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks.  - Serve as community and relationship manager for brands and resolve issues as they arise.  - Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with analytics team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs.  - To be constantly innovating in the social media space to be able to provide cutting edge solutions to clients   - Day to day monitoring and execution on social media projects  Candidate Requirement:  - 5+ Years of relevant experience   - A positive and ethical behavior  - Be an advisor/mentor by providing leadership, solutions, set team expectations, and analyze results.  - Effective in joint meetings, client presentations and brainstorming sessions.
