Key Responsibilities :

- Develop the goals and strategy for company's off page link acquisition

- Design and test highly scalable link acquisition strategies, leveraging company's instructor base, student base, affiliate network, courses, blog content, and more.

- Measure, optimize, and scale each link building strategy as we find success.

- Monitor and implement best practices in SEO and link acquisition from other consumer Internet startups and marketplaces.

- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency

- Must be a great communicator and relationship-builder

- Must be able to multi-task and occasionally assist with other SEO tasks

- Candidate must have a passion for search engine optimization and show it

- Must provide at least 2 references of people in SEO who can vouch for you

The Ideal Candidate is Someone With :

- 3 - 6 years in a digital marketing role / SEO / Link Building role.

- Excellent problem solving abilities

- Superb process optimization; once you've built a process you know how to relentlessly pull each lever required to grow your results and improve the process

- Excellent written communication skills

- Highly structured thinking

- A passion for online education and consumer internet products

- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS (or again, desire to learn)

- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
