About our Client -

The client is a multinational corporation with operations around the world.

About the Role -

- The Co. Sensing & Packaging group is responsible for supporting current Co. product development and standardization of new technology for insertion into NPI.

- The leader for this team is responsible for driving engineering strategies to support the business growth of India division by aligning with Global strategies.

- Work with marketing, R&D, Engineering Ops to develop a robust program.

- Responsible for formulating strategies for effective growth, productivity, and people engagement in collaboration with global team

- Driving innovation, creating growth ideas relevant to global & local markets and products.

The Successful Applicant -

- Engineering Degree with experience handling Multiple Projects with an R&D of $5 - $10 millions in doing Packaging of Sensors.

- Must have dealt with Global Teams and Managed large wall to wall Programs/Projects

- Must have taken care of P&L Management and driven team size of 250 - 300+ people.

- Influenced stakeholders from various disciplines and across different levels of seniority across the organization

- He should be experienced in NPI / NPD

- PMP Certified candidates are preferred.
