To lead the cash &amp; treasury management for the organization. - Handle operations related to Cash Flow, Transfers, Payments, Investments, Cash Projections etc. Oversee the Investment Portfolio of a company. - Plan and execute business plans and risk management strategies. Driving all of the treasury management operations of the company. Accountable for measuring, identifying, monitoring, and analyzing the liquidity and funding risk positions of the organization. - Responsible for manage fund planning for the organization, plan and review capital structure (fund sourcing mix), - Identify various banking products to improve the efficiency of cash flow, liase with a consortium of bankers and financial institutions to negotiate the best possible lending rates and optimize utilization of credit. - Ability to raise large funding from Banking and nonbanking channels - Forex Risk Management - Import &amp; Trade Banking Products - Accounting &amp; Audit for the treasury function - Keeping abreast of regulations relating to the function
