Seeking a Technology Leader to drive Technology and Project delivery services in a global environment. The role involves : - Providing overall direction for several technology and Project delivery services. - Long-range strategy planning - Provide leadership to technical and cross-functional teams. - Risk assessment to stay aligned with organization objectives through collaboration of global workforce. - Serves as the leader of PMO and project delivery organization. - Works with leaders and forms alliances on projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements/conflicts and vendor contract clarification. - Fostering innovation and process excellence. - Should be able to define vision to achieve business objectives and put in place focused strategic initiatives. Desired profile : - 14+ years of experience in implementing various technologies and ERPs over a large and diverse system landscape. - Have an in-depth understanding of technology services supported and value driven PMO processes. - 5+ years of in-depth exposure to Project Management, Agile practices and DevOps. - Have a broad industry view, exposure to latest trends on automation. - Has an ability to influence IT leadership and management decisions. - A strong leader with ability to direct and manage team for delivery excellence and business agility. - Intensive experience in technology delivery and driving transformational change with minimum
