Senior Manager/ Head Talent Acquisition for a Very Large FMCG Company - Seasoned Professionals with Minimum 7 Years of Experience with a reputed Organization may respond urgently.
- Owning and driving the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Roadmap that is aligned to the Organizational Strategy and supports business growth
- Thought Leadership and strategic orientation in design and implementation of talent manning, deployment and resourcing against Organization's buy-build-borrow decisions
- Conceptualizing and driving new age Hiring practices (using social media tools, technology/digital platforms etc.)
- Developing a roadmap towards building the organization as the Employer of Choice leveraging various Employer Branding methodologies and approaches.
- Driving the manpower budgeting for the organization's talent needs across the products, services and solutions vertical, and monitor adherence to the same
- Optimizing the estimated Recruitment budget by leveraging innovative practices and performance monitoring ratios and yardsticks
- Leading the periodic review on talent requirements, organization structure etc with HRBP in order to align it with the organization strategy and needs
- Partnering with hiring team and search partners to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deeper understanding of ROI
- Designing and overseeing end-to-end execution of Talent Acquisition practices/policies cutting across the on-boarding, performance management and succession management
- Driving the employer branding and communication initiatives that help position the organization as a preferred employer
