Title: Head HR / Senior Manager HR Location - Bangalore The Organization is well-funded Software Product Start-up with 250 employees founded 7 years ago. Reporting Relationships : - This role reports into the Chief Operating Officer of the organization - Team members and leaders from HR Business Partner, HR Operations &amp; Recruiting teams report to this role Responsible for the entire spectrum of - People Priorities. Accountable to attract, engage, develop and retain the best talent. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Develop systems and strategies suitable for Company's Corporate Mission and Objectives - Support in building &amp; nurturing a strong sense of organizational culture at Company - Envisage the business growth trajectory and help the leadership in building their teams and organization for future - Build systems and process that enable Company to attract the best talent in an efficient and predictable manner - Be a - trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing them objective and balanced advice on various people priorities - Design and implement the learning &amp; development roadmap for the organization - Design systems and processes that enable development of Leadership &amp; Managerial capabilities at various levels in the organization - Develop fair remuneration &amp; reward policies - Be the custodian of compliance and ensure right governance on all matters of labour laws and other related statutory requirements - Build systems and processes that enable Company to retain and engage its best talent - Lead the Human Resources &amp; Recruiting teams, providing the team members a strong sense of direction and guidance Desired Profile : - Master's in Business Administration (or an equivalent degree), with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Management - Prior experience of managing Human Resources in a reputed software product start-up environment. - Prior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing organization. - Ability to design systems &amp; processes, which are based on a deep understanding of business priorities and underlying requirements - High levels of energy and natural inclination to connect with teams across the organization &amp; build a deep understanding of their aspirations and challenges - Strong advisory &amp; coaching capabilities - Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills - Hands on and capability to execute independently - Willingness and humility to unlearn and learn where required
