We have very urgent HR position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE

BASE LOCATION - Mumbai ( South Mum based HO )

OFFERED CTC - negotiable ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Senior Manager HR - Head Culture & Employee Engagement

REPORTING : Head HR

SPAN OF CONTROL : pan India

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :

- Heading all culture aspects of the organization, Designing & implementation, analyse & planning of Cultural initiatives.

- Employee Engagement : Responsible for designing National & zonal level employee engagement initiatives and rolling them out.

Rewards & Recognition : Responsible for designing National & zonal level initiatives and rolling them out.

- Employee Communication

- External awards & applications

- External benchmarking.

- Employee Survey

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES :

- The person should be into a complete EE / culture profile.

NOTE: Generalist HR's having slight EE experience / partial EE exposure in total job profile will not suit this role. Need a SPECIALIST EE profile.

- Good knowledge of latest HR practices

- MBA mandatory. [ reputed Bschool preferred ].

NOTE : Since this is a corporate profile into designing & creation of central programmes, only IMPLEMENTORS from regional level or elsewhere, pls don't apply ! NEED A SPECIALIST CORPORATE EE profile.
