Role- Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits

Reporting to: VP, HR

Brief:

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager that will establish best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover. Compensation and Benefits Manager responsibilities include researching employee motives, implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs. Ultimately, you will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

1) Designing fair and attractive bonus programs

2) Evaluating how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction

3) Ensuring our compensation plans comply with the relevant legislations

4) Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan

5)Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity

6) Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees

7)Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs

8) Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans

9)Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization

10) Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs

11) Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data

Must haves:

- 7-12 years of work experience minimum

- Good knowledge of ESOP structuring and buy back policies
