- Experience in consulting firm like - McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, Kearney, Oliver Wyman.

- Responsible for managing end to end movement of Seller NPS

- Act as the key custodian of sellers on the Platform

- Understand and draw insights to define seller pain points

- Build a plan/ initiatives to provide a smooth and reliable seller experience

- Work across the org with domain owners both product/tech and business to accomplish better seller experience

- PGDM/MBA Tier 1 College -5 -9 Years of experience in across industry sectors

- Structured Problem solving
