Major Responsibilities : - Inculcate team spirit and cohesiveness amongst the entire administrative staff. - Physical Safety, Security and Fire Fighting - Advice, and conduct of mock-up drills. - Discipline - Formulate and implement rules and enforce a sense of discipline amongst everyone. - Gadgets and Equipment - Maintenance of telephones, computers and related accessories, projectors, Wi-Fi, internet connections, A/Cs, CCTV cameras and TV, etc. - Canteen - Dining hall, kitchen, and surrounding areas. - Housekeeping - Provide Facilities for mobile connections, banking, etc. to the organization and staff. - Petty cash and Stationary - Handling, control, and issue. - Transport management - Maintenance, discipline, ensuring defensive driving - accident-free fleet, drivers- administration and control on the hiring of cars and buses. - Events and Activities - Administrative support for all events and activities. Desired candidate : - Experience as Ex-Army/Air force/Police/Defence and with education sector background will be an added advantage - Strong personality - Ability to make decisions in critical circumstances - Strong communication skills - Good motivational skills - Strong negotiation skills - Exceptional organizational skills - Awareness of internal and external customer needs
