Head - Security & Loss Prevention

Job Profile:

- Drive SLP initiatives, policies & policies for all formats (Value / Specialty / C&C) in the zone

- Interface with the logistics Operations Team to create & increase awareness level about SLP compliance and create culture of preventive security.

- Prevent, detect, and resolve all incidents of shoplifting, transactional fraud, of internal, external malicious activity.

- Analyze, monitor, detect and resolve discrepancies found in the cash, inventory, and financial transactions, exchanges, and reconciliation processes across all stores in the assigned format.

- Skillful deployment of the tools and strategies utilized for combating theft and fraud such as overt and covert CCTV, DVRs, EAS, Security Fixtures, and monitoring of key items, assets, and departments.

- Assist company's warehousing operations leadership team during times of threat or crisis to minimize risks to life and property

- Assuring that departments and Zones conduct a daily perpetual inventory of key high shrinkage items and conducting root cause analysis when there are discrepancies in the counts.

- Identify existing or potential risk exposures unique to the local environment and executing counter measures to the same

- Ensure better engagement & Optimal deployment of outsourced agency staff

- Monitor performance of Security Agencies

- Support head SLP in the execution and compliances of the SLP policies and initiatives
