Purpose of the Role : To lead and direct the activities of Security & Safety of the organisation’s assets and employees and Corporate Intelligence, in addition to handling primary responsibility of all counterfeit activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- To inculcate adequate security & safety best-practices
- To ensure that the Work ethos is effectively preserved
- To safeguard the organization from potential financial losses due to lapses in physical security through providing adequate security & safety measures & ensuring all security, safety and fire plans
- To ensure efficient & effective security services at all premises of the organization through supervising & evaluating Security Personnel and the services provided by the security companies and monitoring the day to day operations of their employees
- Assisting the management to safeguard the organization’s interest during fraud investigation / enquiries by gathering and providing reliable evidence / information and liaising with the concerned enforcement agencies
Ideal Candidate: Graduate degree with experience in Intelligence and Security having minimum 10 years of experience in handling Security & Safety Function of a large organization (background in intelligence is a must)
