Head - Security - Building Material Industry

Our client, a renowned company in the Building Material Industry, has a turnover of around INR 7000Cr with six manufacturing plants and 3000 employees pan India.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility to ensure the safety and security of Factory Premises (Man Machinery, Material & Property).

- Formulate a Security Plan based on threat perception and requirements of management.

- Deploy, control, and monitor Security personnel for all Security Functions and emergency situations.

- Maintain Strong and close liaison with Local Police authorities.

- Initiate and monitor training programs on fire-fighting, disaster management, and security procedures.

- Develop an information network overtly and covertly, collect, collate, analyse and synthesize information to build up intelligence.

- Monitor and review process adherence to related regulatory processes in order to ensure complete security coverage at Plant and Mines areas.

- Strategize the placement of surveillance and other Security-related gadgetry/equipment's like CCTV cameras, Drone, and access control in order to ensure optimum security coverage on a 24X7 basis.

Candidate Requirement:

- Candidate must be a Graduate and retired from the Indian Armed forces wherein his last rank must be equivalent to that of a Colonel. Management Course from a reputed business school will be an added advantage.

- Candidate must have handled Head - Security role of a large-sized manufacturing company in his last assignment which includes Security Deployment, Roster Management, Firefighting, Surveillance, Monitoring employee movement, Audits Management, Police and external liaison including Emergency Response).

- Should be fluent in Hindi and English with excellent business communication skills.

- Should have an inclination towards understanding the local culture.

- Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must have experience in the implementation of technology-based security-related equipment.

- Candidate should not have any metabolic disease.

Candidate who has worked in Madhya Pradesh or presently working in Madhya Pradesh would be preferred.
