A LEADING COMMERCIAL BANK IS LOOKING FOR HEAD SECURITIES AT CHENNAI.   Role Title: Head, Securities Services  Qualification: CA, CS or MBA  Exp: 15 to 20 years in Securities industry/ Custodial Services operations  JD::   - Brief summary of the role and its key responsibilities including any special projects the role is responsible for Meeting target service and quality standards   - Deliver financial inefficiencies by ensuring that the operations are managed within the established budgets and achieve desired tasking  - Initiate & implement service quality initiatives within the Securities Service areas to improve productivity / accuracy / turnaround times.  - Mitigate concentration risk by robust and effective cross border load balancing with other hubs like KL and also synchronize process metrics.  Achieve processing & operational standards by  - Ensuring that the processing capabilities are geared up to achieve productivity and accuracy standards as per the Service Level standards and strive to exceed the agreed standards;  - Ensuring that the regular conduct of operations adhere to the defined Control Standards, including compliance standards;  - Ensuring that all the department within Securities Services units are responsible for adhering to the procedures set in the Operating manuals in order to achieve optimum efficiency in the conduct of their jobs;  - Identifying exceptions from the norms & initiating corrective and preventive actions.  Building and maintaining team morale by  - Promoting an environment where all staff develop a sense of involvement in the conduct of their regular work and contribute ideas with the objective of achieving excellence in service quality;  - Working with line managers to develop key resources through appropriate training.  Contact Details:: Dipa Rani Live Connections dipa@livecjobs.com 8297041110 (plz sms if case I fail to receive ur call) 040 44446883
