I am looking to hire someone exclusively from Sector skill/Big 4/ Education background for a very senior position. The person has to have exemplary communication skills, technical know how of latest courses in IT/ITeS sector.
Candidate who has led Organisation, especially skill development, e learning company at leadership levels like CEO, COO will be suitable as this position involves interaction at very top levels. The person has to have existing relations in the education sector, skill sector like NSDC etc. The candidate should be a team player, should have handled teams, especially at individual one on one basis as team handling, getting work done from them while supervising then and taking ownership is a critical aspect. The person must be having technical as well general management skills.
We need following skills-
Deep knowledge of research methodologies, research and analytical tools.
Conducted research on existing trends in the education sector, best practices in technology and pedagogy.
- Understand and enable web crawling technologies to integrate information from multiple primary and secondary sources.
Highly skilled in developing e-content and using technology for learning including social networking, and M-learning streams
- Deep knowledge to facilitate preparation of SCORM compliant adaptive content, storyboarding self learning instructor lead e content hosted on online learning platforms. (LMS and LCMS)
- Enable collaborative platforms for learning
- Develop the knowledge and skills outcomes as
PCs (Performance Criteria); develop PEMs
(Performance Ensuring Measures) for the PCs w.r.t. the job standards for the IT-ITeS/BPM industry.
Experienced in curriculum redesign, at multiple levels across the pipeline formal non formal, K-12, UG, PG, Polytechnic, Vocational.
