Head - SEBI Compliance - CS - Mutual Fund

Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary with atleast 12 - 18 years experience with Mutual Fund Industry experience

Principal Accountabilities:

- To act as a Compliance officer for Mutual Fund

- To ensure compliance with the applicable rules/ regulations including SEBI (Mutual Funds)

- Regulations, and handle regulatory inspections/ scrutiny.

- To assist business teams in new launches of MF schemes and ensuring compliance with SEBI listing regulations

- To oversee Compliance function for Merchant Banking( MB) and Infra Investment Partners

Preferred Candidate:

- Should have handled SEBI compliance for organization having an AUM of at least 20000 Crores.

- Resources currently at Head Compliance designation can also be sourced.
