Title: Head - SEM Experience: 10+ years Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or any other equivalent Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Job Type: Permanent What is the role about: - At least 10+ years of experience in working with PPC, SEM, and preferably with other paid channels to generate leads/customers/enquiries. - Major experience should be on the agency side with strong client management skills as this job requires stakeholder management of international marketing directors from our various institution located across the globe. - In-depth experience of Google AdWords, Bing, Programmatic, SA360 or any other related tools. - Manage direct reports of PPC managers, specialists and Group of junior level resources. - Liaison with other teams within digital marketing (Paid Social, Affiliate &amp; SEO) and Analytics and business intelligence to ensure your team collaborates on knowledge sharing and maximize learnings from others to the clients' benefit. Major Responsibilities: - Define and execute the PPC team vision. - Build and execute a paid acquisition program to generate new inbound leads on SEM platforms. - Manage the paid acquisition PPC spend to budget with a strong focus on ROI - Hands-on experience of Google AdWords and of running ad campaigns on the major media networks and ad exchanges.
