SCM digitization lead

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

- This involves closely interfacing with domains such as Demand planning, Supply planning, Capacity Planning and S&OP processes.

Stakeholder management: Work as a digital SPOC across stake-holder groups in Area Office (Sales), Marketing, Buyer & Supplier (Procurement), Manufacturing, Supply Planning, and assess their specific needs with reference to the change for the SC (supply Chain) and SBU (Spares business unit)

Consolidate Data Metrics: Candidate will have to understand metrics of data and data sources for areas such as Demand Planning (eg.Demand consolidation, annual, festive, promotional planning etc.) . Capacity Planning (Constrained plan, SOG model, Level planning, etc.) S&OP (What-if scenarios, Dollar plan, billing simulation etc.)

Deployment support: Lead projects through design , build, test and review cycles. Ensure reporting on project milestones and gaps, with escalation mechanisms follow through. Enable project runs in different environments (Design to production), on time. Lead and create project status summaries and updates.

Process Mapping: Actively lead and help in standardising as-is process mapping in all areas with the intension of creating a unified data model stretching across all domains. Mapping Product, Information, Value , Financial and Risk flow in Supply Chain Processes. Work and lead as a part of CFTs with technology vendors.

Blueprinting: Actively lead and coordinate business blueprinting phases of projects, involving conversion from BRD to models, and work with vendors technology tools. Interfacing support: Ensure enablement of interfaces to S&OP platform with enterprise processes such as such as Dealer management system (DMS), CRM,SRM, SAP APO, Logistics etc.

Budget& Sustenance: Prepare and execute project budgets as per required timelines. Maintain services of existing deployments for warehousing, and retail management systems.

Experience :

1. Experience of 15+ years in core S&OP business process in manufacturing/discrete industry

2. Hands-on experience in leading or working in core positions for a major transformation project in automotive OEM or Tier 1 industry or related industry.

3. Demonstrated ability to work in large teams across the value chain of a large enterprise, with domain experts such as demand planners, buyers, sales planning, rough-cut capacity planning, central production planning & control.

4. Proven experience in stakeholder management and bringing about alignment in functional/operational leadership is a key requirement

5. Hands-on experience of leading a major deployment of either SAP-IBP/ Kinaxis / Anaplan or similar platforms in at-least one module/function in India
