Head - Schools

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in educational leadership

- Capacity to articulate a strategic vision for the School, and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders

- Experience in leading and championing educational initiatives and interdisciplinary research that involve government agencies, industry partners, national and international tertiary institutions

- A strong track record of effective administration, such as administration leadership at school or faculty level including demonstrated ability to oversee the management of large budgets

- Ability to manage, run and own P and L

- Energy diplomacy with strong skills in analysis and change management

- Proven ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams to achieve a high-performance culture, develop future leaders and manage under-performance

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
