Our Client is a Start up with a current team of 200 people and many professionals including doctors, councilors and specialists. this client has innovation and research-driven holistic care provider for children with developmental needs. We provide help or support through our expert-guided programs like Special Education, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Child Psychology Program.

- Looking for Sales Head position

- 10-15 years of experience in Business Development

- Has at least 5 years of experience in BD either in Health Care

- Should have experience in identifying, and building partnerships with schools / academic institutions.

- Experience with CRM Systems

- Well-developed financial management skills

- Analytical skills, logical, decisive, and comfortable with financial and quantitative data.

- Good strategic thinker with sound professional marketing and results orientation approach

- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence, product and industry knowledge to sales strategy

- Know-how in developing pricing strategies

- Communication Skills. Ability to persuade with conviction. Straightforward, articulate, tactful, and open in communicating

- (both verbally and written) with others.

- Interpersonal Skills. Builds and sustains excellent relationships at multiple levels in the workplace

- Willingness to travel which will comprise 80% of the time.

- Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure

- Achieve target sales growth for the territory (India) and actively contribute to the achievement of the Organisational targets on a national and regional basis for Partnerships and Collaborations with Academic Institutions.

- Establishing new ways of doing business and increase sales through partnerships and collaborations as well as finding unique and repeatable ways of growing account base.

- Proactively identify, develop and implement solutions to improve service results and decrease total cost

- Prepare and deliver personalized recommendations for products, processes and programs to address specific issues and needs for children with special needs. Educate schools and stakeholders in academic institutions on a) the importance of employing holistic care for children with special needs; b) quality of the process and services c) the importance of involving parents in the child's healthcare.

- Developing and maintaining customer relationships at all levels with a goal to meet and exceed sales targets through focused & targeted prospecting

- Continuously contributing to improvement of processes across products and with partners (Academic Instituitions) while monitoring customer needs, competitors and prices

- Working with the Operations team to train specifically identified staff in schools and colleges on use of Mom's Belief services and products to ensure maximum utilization

- In collaboration with the team, colleagues, and senior therapist, dialogue with academic institutions via semimars, conferences, and educational meets

- Keeping up to date & informed on all new services, policies & procedure as they involve & affect the academic institutions and the children.

- Provide and/or coordinate access to technical support to key customers

- Planning & executing an efficient daily/weekly/monthly schedule to maximize effectiveness and productivity

- Maintain up to date pipeline and current partnership / Collaboration forecasts, leads and wins utilizing existing tools and resources.

- Participating aggressively in the implementation of new value-added services and programs

- Other Duties and Responsibilities Will perform other duties as assigned and related to Business Development

- Minimum Quailfication : MBA
