Title of Role holder: IM Sap Projects Head Company: Amara Raja Batteries Ltd, Tirupathi Purpose of this Role -&nbsp; - Implement SAP Enterprise Architecture including SAP HANA, BI/BO, Ariba, Hybris across Amara Raja Group - Lead SAP Projects vertical including IT and Function Teams to drive large Multi-Company, Muti-Location Implementation - Lead Large SAP Vendor teams to drive High quality implementations - Connect with all Business and Functions Heads to drive Successful SAP Implementations INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS ole - IT Application and SAP Team - IT Project Teams Other Function Teams like - Finance, HR &amp; Operations - Define and drive SAP Enterprise Architecture for Amara Raja Group - Lead SAP HANA and BI/BO Implementation for all Amara Raja Group companies - Drive SAP Implementation to well defined Plan and Budget - Drive High quality implementations with Vendors Responsibilities of this role -&nbsp; - Engage with all Business and Function Heads to drive smooth Implementation - Manage Cross Functional Issues to drive timely Blueprint, Testing and Rollout - Leverage New Technologies like SAP Fiori, HANA, Mobility and Portals to Implement the SAP Enterprise Architecture - Implement SAP GRC to build all effective controls within the SAP System - Leverage support from SAP, SuccessFactors and other Vendors to resolve issues timely Manage Project Budgets to deliver to planned budgets ACCOUNTABILITES -&nbsp; - Build effective skillsets in SAP Team to minimize customizations of SAP System - Implementation of SAP Enterprise Architecture for Amara Raja Group companies - Work with Function teams to sign-off Blueprints and Testing - Build relationships with Function heads and CEOs to drive various implementations - Manage Vendors teams and Project Budgets - Effectively monitor, manage performance and capability building of the team members Preferred candidate profile: - Age required to perform this role Minimum Age : 35 years Desirable Age: 40 years - Qualification Required for this Role Minimum Qualification : BE (Computers), MCA, MBA Preferred Desirable Qualification: Minimum Exp. :18 yrs Desirable Exp. :22 SAP Project Management and SAP Department Head experience Knowledge - SAP Functional and Technical Experience - SAP Project Management Experience - Experience with Implementing Multiple SAP Greenfield Projects Skill -&nbsp; - Technical/Functional: SAP R/3, BI/BO, HANA, Fiori Soft: Leadership, High Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Influencing skills, Customer Orientation, Team Player, Good Decision making skills, Networking skills Attitude -&nbsp;Go Getter, Proactive, Perseverance, Creative, Out of box thinking
