Head-SAP

The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) landscape. This includes the planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions to support the organization's business processes and objectives. He will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with various departments, and ensure the effective utilization of SAP technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience & Deliverables:

1. SAP SME :

a. Business Partnering and Program Management for SAP for the group.

b. Lead SAP Digital Core needs for Digital Transformation

c. Work closely with other IT teams to integrate SAP systems with other applications, ensuring seamless data flow.

d. Build, lead, and manage a team of SAP professionals, including consultants, analysts, developers, and administrators.

e. Coordinate and manage SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure system stability and security.

f. Minimum 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP

g. Extensive experience in vendor management

h. 7-8 years of IT business partnering experience

i. Experience in integration across various systems and putting robust controls to prevent leakage.

j. Good understanding of FMCG and QSR Business

k. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.

2. Program Management and Engagement :

a. Works with Core Team Member from Business to gather the business requirements and the expected outcome.

b. Coordinating with Development team (Internal as well as Vendor team) and getting tasks completed on time.

c. Works with and alongside QSR team for UAT, Pilots and Go Lives for achieving business goals.

d. Responsible for facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks.

e. Regular Engagements with Leadership for updates on initiatives

3. IT Service Management :

a. Manage IT demands and deliver as per prioritization.

b. Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non-compliance
