Head - SAP Finance & Control

Key Responsibilities and Challenges for the upcoming years will be:

- Participate in IT and/or Business driven Projects

- Bring process improvements in Organisation primarily based on Standard (IT) applications/tools (SAP). Seek alignment with Business Process Owners.

- Be a solution facilitator for new Business requirements that gets generated due to new business models/products

- Play a crucial role in standardization of our business processes across all Business Units, improve automation in our month's end closing activities as well as consolidation process and improve product costing

The Ideal candidate

- Academic level of thinking and acting

- International experience, has worked outside India for a number of years

- Broad experience in SAP FICO module for at least 5 years

- Mature person, able to talk on all kinds of levels: from shop floor till top floor, good communication and presentation skills

- Understands very clearly integration topics with other processes as Sales & Distribution, Purchasing and Production.-

- Good team worker, has experience working in international (remote) team.

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

- Very high level of English

- International travel is required, willingness to work overseas for a couple of weeks from to time is a must
